Moving Out of your residence can be a daunting task with many duties. To make this process straightforward the following information will help you identify what you need to do and what your responsibilities are when leaving your Chico rental apartment, duplex or house.

30-DAY NOTICE TO VACATE THE RENTAL

In order to start the Move out process we must receive a 30-day notice from the tenant(s) who are on month-to-month rental agreements. Complete the 30-Day Notice to Vacate PDF form and turn it in to your Resident Manager or for those properties managed directly by Alliance Real Estate Management turn the form in to the main office.  We will send move-out packets to tenants whose leases are expiring.

Resident cleaning responsibilities

To avoid or minimize tenant cleaning charges use the Resident Cleaning Responsibility List as a check off list. Anything clean on the tenant Move-In sheet but left dirty and so marked on the tenant Move-Out sheet will almost certainly be a tenant charge.
